Describe the bug

Title: Dark Mode Not Working

Description: I encountered an issue where the dark mode functionality in my application is not working as expected. When I toggle the dark mode switch, the application's appearance does not change to dark mode.

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate . Toggle the dark mode switch . Observe that the application's appearance does not change to dark mode. Expected Behavior: I expected the application to switch to dark mode when I toggled the switch, resulting in a darker color scheme and improved readability in low-light conditions.

Actual Behavior: The application's appearance remains unchanged when I toggle dark mode.
