Email has new line that is not necessary.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to '...'
Click on '....'
Scroll down to '....'
See error

Issue is in the core: https://github.com/mysociety/alaveteli/blob/release/0.39.1.0/app/views/request_mailer/new_response_reminder_alert.text.erb

To-do: copy and fix in theme repo.
