Decision: We should not support Gravatar as it could compromise user privacy.
Actual behavior
Profile photos are set exclusively locally on IPZ.
Steps to reproduce
Expected behavior
When user didn't set custom image by uploading to IPZ profile page - load image automatically from Gravatar.
