Code privacy page - privatnost, kolacici i usluge trecih strana #130

Describe the solution you'd like

Privacy page should use same code as FAQ page found in https://github.com/codeforcroatia/popravi.to/blob/develop/templates/web/popravito/about/faq-hr.html.

What needs to be done?

  1. Fork our repository.
  2. Create new file in path /templates/web/popravito/about/ and name new page as privacy.html.
  3. Code page as per example above (see faq-hr.html)
  4. Create pull request.

Unordered lists will be fixed via #134, and after 134 is done, then here you can implement: <ul class="with-bullets">
