Make a fun explainer system diagram/flowchart as displayed in example image. Coordinate with the rest of the team (i.e. what information to include).

Make multiple different perspectives:

• for Councils (cities and municipalities) / Staff
• for Citizens
• for Administrators

For Council Staff:

An infographic that shows how FixMyStreet works for council staff could include the following elements:

• A flowchart showing the process of how a report is made by a citizen on the website or mobile app and then how it is routed to the responsible department or staff member.
• A comparison of the number of reports made before and after the implementation of FixMyStreet, showing an increase in efficiency of report handling.
• A map of the area showing the locations of reported problems, highlighting the most common issues.
• A bar chart showing the breakdown of the types of issues reported, such as potholes, litter, street light repairs, etc.
• A timeline showing the average time taken to resolve issues before and after the implementation of FixMyStreet, highlighting the improvement in efficiency.
• A section dedicated to the financial benefit, showing the cost savings achieved by the council due to FixMyStreet.
• A section on the feedback and satisfaction of citizens, with testimonials or data on satisfaction surveys.

The infographic could be designed in an easy to understand way, with clear visual elements and simple language, to make it easy for the council staff to understand and appreciate the benefits of using FixMyStreet.

For Citizen users:

An infographic that shows how FixMyStreet works for citizens could include the following elements:

• A section on the types of issues that can be reported, such as potholes, broken street lights, litter, and other types of problems in the public space.
• A map of the area highlighting the locations of reported issues, showing citizens where the most common problems are.
• A timeline showing the average time taken for issues to be resolved, highlighting the speed and efficiency of the process.
