Album edit form: allow creating a new artist #878

Right now, the album add/edit form only allows selecting from a list of artists that are already entered. Change this to allow entering a new artist as well.

@seankwilliams Where will I find this page? I assume by going to the Music Library, clicking the Add button, then selecting Album (Add Manually?)

@kmid5280 Click on Music library in the left column and choose an album from the list. Click the Edit Album button.

This is actually only a problem on the Edit form for albums. It lets you create a new artist when adding albums.
