Fix weird UI issues with meetup button / hover state
(a) Clean up meetup calendar responsive breakpoint (b) force horizontal calendar section, formatted calendar date to look a little nicer in a small window (c) clean up some previously existing redundant CSS, automatically center all interested's child elements, including margins and text-align
