Add end of year report page image #299

What does this PR do?

Adds Trinh's great 2016 end-of-year report to the website as a jpg

It can be found under /2016report

We should add a link to it from somewhere so it is discoverable.

Note: This looks fairly pixilated on my retina display, but maybe that's okay.

it looks a bit pixelated for me too (not retina display), but okay for now. this could be a good excuse to try webflow which lets you lay things out visually and just export the html, for the next iteration? i'd be willing to prototype it in webflow if @nguyent85 is too busy
