Investigate options for adding a blog #65

As a member of CfD, I would like a be able to write about what we are learning in the group, so that I can share with the community, and develop professionally.

This is something we've been talking about for a long time, we just need to decide on one option and make it happen.

If we use a service that has an RSS feed, we can also make our posts available through the CfA API

I would like to have an official blogger whose posts serve, in part, as an historical documentation of our work. These blogs could also be directly linked to twitter.

That would be great to have the story told at a regular cadence. In addition to the official blogger's storytelling, I also understand the blog to be a place where we could share learning and connect to the wider civic tech movement. In the form of guest posts, members could
