Adding instructional words in create event page #314

As an organizer, I want to see suggestions to put in the "notes" text box.

"Please describe your event, such as number of attendees, max number of musicians, type of music preferred." - Someone with better English can help refining the wording.

I put instruction in the notes field's placeholder.
