Reorganize and update the docs

• [x] put docs in a /docs directory (might be nice to eventually use something like gitbook (which is what the redux docs use)
• [ ] Add better docs for creating components and using react storybook
• [x] Add docs for gimmeData
• [ ] Link out to external docs more
