What does this PR do?

This PR reworks the registration component. Previously, signing up involved a checkbox with "I'm a musician" and no indication as what a user was signing up as if not a musician.

SUBTASK: For some reason the tab background is white on hover, rendering the two tabs indistinguishable. Investigate and fix.

Subtask is finished - next things are:

we need a designer to give input on what color tab hover should be and what color the inactive tab should be
changing what's rendered has failed the test suite, so we have to change the tests.
