What does this PR do?

Adds a description of EncoreLink and Code for Denver to the About Us page. As well as a link to the Code for Denver homepage and photo of everyone hacking away.

How does this PR make you feel? :link:

I'm feeling pretty stellar about it, if you didn't know about EncoreLink and Code for Denver before, now you know!

About Us

Mission:

EncoreLink is a web platform that simplifies the process to schedule events at healthcare facilities in order to increase the number of volunteer musical performances.

Vision:

The name “EncoreLink” is a reflection of our mission and vision that the musicians keep coming back and play more encores through the link between the musicians and the facilities.

Major Partners: Code for Denver (codefordenver.org) Encore Link is created and currently maintained by Code for Denver, a volunteer-driven community outreach that is committed to improving lives through technology. Lamont School of Music (https://www.du.edu/lamont) Many current students and graduates of the Lamont School of Music have volunteer through individual community outreach and now they are helping us launch EncoreLink in Denver, Colorado.

Many thanks to the volunteers at Code for Denver for helping us build this incredible web platform.

Added Julia's copy and photo to this, as well as an about.scss file for styling. Should be pretty good to go for now. Awaiting pull request approval.
