Transition out of waffle.io (all projects) #138

@dviramontes do we want to run waffle.io's automated migration process to GitHub projects under the CodeForDenver org on all our repos? It definitely has some things to be desired (not being located under the projects tab on the associated repo, not having automation properly configured, missing and confusing features in comparison to waffle, etc), but I haven't been able to find a better alternative. At least this way we get to keep the current state of the boards, and we can still transition to repo specific projects (i.e. under the projects tab on a repo) if we'd like to.
