Replace website link text with an icon #162

The website link text on the home page can take up a lot of horizontal space if the website has a long name. Replace the link text with an icon. Also make sure the website name is displayed if the user hovers over the icon. If no website is available for that lead, display no icon.

See here for a searchable list of material ui icons. Something like Language or Web seems appropriate.

Here is the part of the home page that should change.
