Each row of the table on the home page should display tags that have been assigned to a lead.
Given a lead id, you can retrieve tags for that lead by calling the GET /leads/{id}/tags endpoint. You'll have to do this for each row displayed in the table.
Render the tags in the "Tags" column of the leads table. The Chip component from material ui seems like a good one to try.
If there is not enough space in the column, try using multiple lines, or remove the tags column and add small tags beneath the company name in the first column.
