What is the idea

Kobotools is a well backed OS Project in use by several humanitariqn organizations CfD would have a small team to solve issues and create features relevant to Denver's context

Why

M&E is hard for small and even medium orgs Kobo is a growing tool and its free! why not hack it to make it relevant to the urban context, especially denver's

Potential Partner(s)?

the ODK eco system of which Kobo is a part is already backed by several major universities and the gates foundation

CCH and other denver charities would make GREAT future partners
