Things required for contacts in this search:

[ ] have filled out survey
[ ] have had real contact with RMMFI

Things to search on for report:

[ ] e.g. "Give me a report of all prospective volunteers who I have not contacted yet (i.e. since X date) who fit the Entrepreneur role and have a stellar rating." also Finance and Accountability roles; maybe number of times contacted; then lower ratings, etc.

Added Contacted? field (Boolean/Checkbox) for keeping track of which contacts have been contacted. Included as filter logic in "Prospective Volunteer" Report. Need a field for survey completion linked to surveys to complete this report.
