Implement Email Template to ask "Ready" Volunteers to RSVP #40

Email should include committal of bootcamp and intro session.

The email trigger was created around June 15th week. Derek created the survey.

Web2Lead plugin will add the volunteer to the lead list.

Brett and Hayden are working on how to convert from lead to contact

Trigger has been available since June 15th. As of now, this trigger fires when a new contact gets added to a contact list. The trigger will send email to the contact. In the email, there is a link to the survey (Derek is the expert).

Let's assume that the contact fills out the survey form, it will get added under the contact's name. Talking to Brendan, this is a good stopping point. He can then go into each contact and check out the survey form.
