Real Time Information with Latest Update Times #23

Organizations need to know when they can expect information to be updated so they know if they can rely on the information. Either they can rely on the information being updated every hour or they can be updated Xtimes/day or they could be updated constantly with a time stamp noting when the number was last updated. This could possibly be synced somehow with the push notification reminding shelter personnel to update their count (see 22).

Data should be labeled with timestamps to show how fresh the data is. A visual cue could be used to indicate partially stale data.
