Map does not work when switching to spanish #114

This pretty weird and possible a bug in geodjango. By switching the language, latitudes and longitudes are separated by a comma instead of a decimal point. Our js breaks it up as 2 values instead of one. coordinates: [-78,898316, 35,995568 ] instead of [-78,898316, 35.995568 ]
