Implement bidirectionally between a school selection in mini-profiles panel and school markers on the map #343

Would be nice to implement the following bi-directionality:

Mini-profile to school marker direction: When a mini-profile for a given school is open, the tooltip with that school's name pops up automatically above that school's marker on the map.

School marker to mini-profile direction: When a school marker of a school is clicked in the map and its tooltip pops up, the corresponding mini-profile opens up automatically
