WIP adding breadcrumbs v1 #436

Needs additional work to include dynamic linking to the position on the map and the school list.

This looks good so far. Happy to merge this once there is something for breadcrumbs on all pages so that they contribute to a consistent ux. Marked this PR as a work in progress for now.
