Adding percent_complete email variable for #435 #438

+1 on this PR. I did not see the code that calculates the % complete.

Not sure if you mean you hadn't seen it before this PR and now you have or you didn't review it in this PR, but here it is if you're curious, @jtf621 https://github.com/codefordurham/school-navigator/blob/master/schools/models.py#L304 Not perfect, but a reasonable approximation of how much of the survey has been filled in
