Found a resource using SAS which has school data, but it looks pretty locked down to me. https://ncreportcards.ondemand.sas.com/landing.html

Also looking into using http://www.ncschoolreportcard.org/src/ with Beautiful Soup Python library to parse data for all the relevant schools.

Consider adding information from http://apps.schools.nc.gov/pls/apex/f?p=155:2:0::NO for teacher evaluations.
