[Consumer] add seo and google analytics #99

people will be searching for eau claire food trucks in google to find this if they don't know the URL. let's add sweet meta tags and seo hottness. also add google analytics.

Presumably to just the consumer side. Leaving off of MVP as this doesn't feel critical.
