Install issue with 0.0.42 #20

When I install botium-cli with 0.042, I get the following error:

npm ERR! file sh

npm ERR! errno ENOENT

npm ERR! This is probably not a problem with npm. There is likely additional logging output above.

When I do the installation with 0.041, it works fine. Please fix

Please try latest build 0.0.43.
