The BOTIUM_CONFIG env var is overwrited by cli config default value #147

When I specify a BOTIUM_CONFIG env var, it's value is overrided by the yargs default value.

This issue is fixed by the PR https://github.com/codeforequity-at/botium-cli/pull/18
