Redesign for touch devices. #13

Positioning of tooltips, tooltips that appear as you “hover” (drag) your finder, adjustments for touch targets…

…but probably requires a complete re-thinking of the game for both tablets and smartphones.

The tactical part of this was just pushed as #124, but the question remains whether this needs to be redesigned still, especially for the phone-sized touch devices.

So far we're giving up on phones entirely.
