Added Braunschweig, Germany #282

I took the work that @MorrisJobke put into #280 and adapted this for Braunschweig Germany. Let me know if there is anything I should still change :)

It looks like there are some additional columns, that aren't needed:

2.2.2. Delete all the columns (by clicking on their titles) except cartodb_id, the_geom, name, created_at, and updated_at. We don’t need them.

(created_at and updated_at aren't mandatory)

Ok, removed all of those. I might also add a link to a script later that does that automatically.
