20170308/all_localgovs.csvの"亀長黒戸竜西青鬼"の文字コードが違う #73

20170308だけall_localgovs.csvの都道府県名と市区町村名の以下の文字コードが違います

"⻲⻑黑戶⻯⻄⻘⻤"は間違い "亀長黒戸竜西青鬼"が正しいです

確認方法 20170308と20200701のall_localgovs.csvから 都道府県名と市区町村名を取り出してdiffするとわかります
