I went through the legal brief in the Deutsche Bank case and pulled what appears to be a list of the criteria they applied from paragraph 72. I've committed that markdown table to the repo @ https://github.com/codeforkansascity/Fair-Foreclosures/blob/master/docs/scoring.md. Will ask Josh Walburn to review this week.
