The text for the Spanish translation of the tip is under google docs, localization tab.

That particular line is not referencing l10n.js. I could fix this but I don't see a link to the google spreadsheet to verify the data-lkey if it exists. -UMKC Civics student.

Actually I found the link, just need access. Sent request. I might come by the Monday meetup. I am available to help out on some projects over the next few days.
