Design Process for Generating an Expungement Request Form

Goal: Design a process for prompting the user for the information necessary to complete their expungement request, then generating the appropriate form and submitting it to the appropriate authority.

Key Resources:

• Current Miro board where the prototype question flow is being built
• Previous Miro board used to collect information about expungement
• Google sheet of KS counties with information on court contacts and record lookup instructions (Copy of Scrubbing List sheet)
  • Draft process doc for filling out the google sheet

To Do

• [ ] Find all three types of expungement requests (adult conviction expungement, municipal appeal, arrest expungement) and insert them in the Miro board
• [ ] Create a list of all the information necessary for filling out the forms, and code according to which forms require them
• [ ] Review draft process document. @scott-stockwell
• [ ] Fill in details about court contacts
  • [ ] Fill in court details for seven counties listed at the top of the sheet
  • [ ] Fill in court details for next ten counties by pop
  • [ ] Fill in court details for remaining counties
• [ ] Design system for taking information input by user and generating the appropriate form
• [ ] Design process for submitting the generated form to the appropriate authority
