In our meeting with Paul Shipp, he argued that the Kansas Judicial Council forms for expungement were insufficient/inadequate, but did not clarify what he thought was wrong about them. Paul complained that KLS offices do not have standardized expungement forms for the clients they serve, and recommended we convene a small group of KLS decision-makers to agree on a common form that could be used across the state.
Tasks:
[ ] decide on which KLS partners need to be included (Priority should be on bringing in Casey Johnson, head of litigation)
[ ] set up a meeting to discuss the form
[ ] develop a prototype form for consideration
[ ] hold the meeting
[ ] adjust the form according to feedback from the meeting
