Goal: Add details about court contacts to a statewide list of counties to assist in project outreach and the eventual design of a system for submitting forms generated by the app to the appropriate places.
Key Resources:
Spreadsheet used in jotform to pull information for the user's form depending on the county they select. This is where all information will eventually need to be represented cleanly. Currently includes only judicial district and DA contact information. Tab 2 is a copy of the court record contact information compiled in the previous version of this form.
Old Google sheet of KS counties (currently, the court record lookup info is represented in the second tab of the spreadsheet linked above).
Draft process doc for filling out the google sheet (based on old spreadsheet version with a focus on court record contact information. Instructions for filling out DA contact info not yet added).
[ ] Fill in DA contact info for Wyandotte, Johnson, Douglas, Sedgwick, Ford, Lyon, and Riley counties
[ ] Fill in DA contact info for remaining counties
[ ] Depending on whether we pursue functionality that lets the user reach out to the court records office for case information, fill in the information started in tab 2 reflecting the correct authorities to address a case info request to (will probably need to switch that list from county to judicial district)
[ ] Determine what fields to add to populate instructions for how to turn in form printouts and follow up about hearing details @scott-stockwell
Switched spreadsheet link from old version to new version which also includes fields for the DA's contact information. Court record lookup info copied over from old form and put into second tab of the linked sheet to pull from in the future
