Instructions for case information lookup

If users will be expected to fill in their case information themselves, we will need to develop instructions to help them find:

• Their case number
• The charges they were arrested for and convicted/diverted of
• The statute number of their charges
• Their date of arrest/conviction/diversion
• Their date of discharge
• Their arresting agency
• Their convicting/diverting authority
