Can we add the 311 Categories that relate to dumped trash? Data come from this dataset: https://data.kcmo.org/Housing/Property-Violations/nhtf-e75a/data

Violation Description field that includes the following categories:

LITTER, TRASH, REFUSE, AND RUBBISH Illegal Dumping Accumulation of Trash in Right of Way Improper Storage of Trash

Separate illegal dumping from the rest of the trash violations. Allow both to be checked and distinguish the results by shade.
