We're working to help neighborhoods help themselves by giving them easy access to useful data to allow them to identify and track problem areas in their neighborhood.
The data is not organized by neighborhood. We'd have to talk more about how to bring this dataset in because many neighborhoods would have multiple MVA areas contained in them and we want to maintain the data at this level.
