What do you want to do with this? A list to work from to do further research,

What are you interested in finding? What do you wish you had as a tool about neighborhood data? What are the problems you are trying to solve?

Datasets that you have that you'd like visualize? eviction, LIHTC expiring, housing condition survey, RE sales comp data and variability in housing prices in given area, zillow has percentage of flips for an area and price to income ratios,

Other kind of visualizations - trends over time in demographics superimposed w KC average, snapshot current state, housing affordability threat https://anhd.org/report/how-affordable-housing-threatened-your-neighborhood-2018,

What does 2.0 repository look like? Convert to python API to parallel to substitute for Ruby to help with recruiting, therefore maintenance. Python has built-in administration so easier to manage and update. Ruby usage is declining.

I think our network meeting on May 13 will already have a packed agenda. I'd like to shop the idea of a focus group at that May 13 meeting and see what people think.
