Neighborhood Landing Page #99

We have a draft of the Neighborhood Landing Page. Could we add this sometime?

Some data to include would be neighborhood contact info pulled from the city's Neighborhood Groups website (http://city.kcmo.org/kc/NeighborhoodGroups/SearchResults.aspx) and CommunityKC for projects in their neighborhood.

Is there an API available for that data? If there isn't, it'll be impossible to consume the data.
