What datasets do we want to use for our analysis?

Real Estate Transaction Data (Zillow/Trulia API?)

Don't use the z-estimate, but other data is pretty good. Need to cross-reference it fairly well.

Property Value Data

In cadastre gdb on parcel viewer. Will need to open it up in QGis. Cole sounds like he has a plan. Ron and Cole can work on it.

What are some variables that are worth combining with property violation data? Consider creating a combined data-set that is crime oriented, one that is economic oriented, and another that is perhaps health related. An example for crime would be fire-arm used or dangerous buildings. An example for economic would be property values, business permits, and even minor home repair grants awarded.
