From Jason: How do property violations affect business closings and openings? In Kansas City, businesses all need a license. In Jackson County, businesses all have business personal property accounts.

Cole: How can we use code violations data to assess the impact of incentive programs (e.g., Choice Grants)?

Groups/Categories for Hypotheses (from meeting on March 7, 2016): Crime Health Economics Public Policy (? Not sure I captured that correctly)

We also discussed "time series" and "categorization" as groups, but those are more methods of inquiry than subjects of inquiry.

We agreed to try to gather the hypotheses under the respective groups for next week.
