It's likely that questions similar to ours have been asked in the research literature. Review the literature for insights on methodology, data to consider, etc.

I think I may have found similar projects in New Orleans and Cincinnati. I will try and research where they documented their projects and will share them with the group. We could always set up a skype/hangouts with them and ask them for lessons learned.
