Data wishlist - measure of inequality (Gini coefficient) #51

Consider obtaining the Gini coefficient (or some equivalent measure of wealth inequality) at the block group and/or tract level in order to assess the impact of inequality on code violations.

I'm going to reopen this - BTW, the Gini Coefficient is at the Census Tract level - which we can easily apply to the Block Group level....
