Identify raw data inputs and produce and aggregate dataset regularly. Assumption is that they are for sale. ECD, KCparcelviewer. This could feed into Address API. (Note. May not be currently for sale. Refine) *Identify the interested stakeholders

Address-API does have a city_vacant_parcel which should reflect what is in the KCMO Parcel viewer. But I would look for other sources and indicators and talk to Amanda on the codeforkansascity/Neighborhood-Dashboard project. They have been working on how to identify vacant properties using 311, Property Violations along with the usual suspects/list that are avaliable.

We were also going to talk with Eric to see what he might know of. The problem is that there are SO MANY vacant lots that may not currently be for sale or on a list. We were thinking we needed to add a "watch list" of properties so that we know what might be coming available in the future.

This watch list can be based off of properties that have been tax delinquent for the past one or two years.
