Align project title text in accordion #67

Currently if we have a long title it shows as with the color bars

|||  This is a long
title with lots of text

It should be

|||  This is a long
|||  title with lots of text

May require that we create custom title for accordion. Issue is that before the tex is the color bars indicating the category that the project is in. Also the bars should not have any margin or padding around them.
