Create and Maintain a Common Nomenclature

Establishing a common terminology for the Clear My Record Project

Clear My Record is a unique combination of legal procedure, substantive law, design and coding. The team will include many people from different academic and vocational disciplines. Having a common lexicon for terms that are core to design and operation of an expungement application is an important resource. The inital lexicon will be developed in the early weeks of the project and will be maintained as part of the project and, ultimately, the operating application.
