[ ] Scott is going to go over his spreadsheet with Alexa and Billy
- Capture major sections
- Document flow of questionnaire
[X] Scott will put his spreadsheet in the Google Doc for reference here
[ ] Create mockups, one question per page
- Create initial flow with Post-It notes
- Transfer to Google Slides mockup
