The watched cases are stored in a cookie and are available through WatchList in watch-list.js.

As pins are displayed in add_yesterdays_markers, if the case is in the property list display as a black pin.
Display any watched cases not already displayed.
- Query for cases not already displayed - will need to use OR
- Display pins on map.
